JAMAICA, N.Y. — Columbus Crew 2 scored three times in the final 30 minutes to overcome a two-goal deficit and defeat New York City FC II, 3-2, on Saturday at Belson Stadium. Cooper Flax converted a penalty in the 17th minute and Sebastiano Musu added a second off an Elhadji Semb assist in the 31st to give the hosts a 2-0 halftime lead. Columbus pulled one back in the 62nd minute through Christopher Rogers, then equalized in the 79th when Kevin Gbamblé headed home after goalkeeper Brennan Klein dropped a catch. Johann Chirinos converted a stoppage-time penalty in the 90th minute to complete the comeback and give Columbus their first win in four matches.
