Houston Dash at Gotham FC

HARRISON, N.J. — Rookie forward Jordynn Dudley scored her second goal of the season in the 18th minute to lift Gotham FC past the Houston Dash 1-0 Sunday at Sports Illustrated Stadium, extending the club’s unbeaten league run to six matches. Dudley received a pass from captain Tierna Davidson and fired above goalkeeper Jane Campbell. Campbell finished with seven saves as Houston struggled to convert its few chances. Gotham controlled the match throughout, outshooting Houston 15-6, and heads into the league’s summer break four points behind first-place San Diego Wave FC with two games in hand.
