Bay FC at Gotham FC

HARRISON, N.J. — Gotham FC defeated Bay FC 3-0 on Saturday, April 25 at Sports Illustrated Stadium. Gotham opened the scoring in the 20th minute when pressure in the attacking third led to an own goal by Karlie Lema. The home side extended its lead in the 41st minute through Rose Lavelle off an assist from Jordynn Dudley. Esther González added a third goal in first-half stoppage time, converting a penalty to give Gotham a three-goal advantage at halftime. Gotham maintained control in the second half, limiting Bay FC’s attacking opportunities and managing possession to preserve the clean sheet through the final whistle. The result secured three points and marked Gotham’s first home win of the 2026 NWSL season.
